Description:
When the Obama Administration commenced more than six years ago, Director Shiu told federal contractors that there was “a new sheriff in town” and that they could expect more intense and in-depth audits. The OFCCP Institute annually reviews the results of OFCCP’s enforcement strategy and provides federal contractors with trends on the agency’s enforcement. To gain insight into OFCCP’s enforcement strategies and results for FY 2015 join The Institute Co-chairs on November 3rd from 3 PM to 4 PM EDT for the rebroadcast of the complimentary webinar. The Institute uses information from the OFCCP’s public enforcement database as well as information obtained via the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and then uses this information to identify trends and draws preliminary conclusions about OFCCP enforcement.
Join The Institute Co-chairs to learn more about the agency’s enforcement trends as well as:
The number of OFCCP compliance evaluations and the trends within those evaluations
The types of conciliation agreements and the types of technical violations most often cited
