For employers, workplace legal requirements and other workplace expectations are constantly evolving. We started The Institute because we recognized the increasing complexity of government contractor legal obligations, and the growing need for enhanced education, risk assessment, strategic solutions, and collaboration to support the employer community. The goal of The Institute as an employer association is to effectively assist employer members with keeping their organizations compliant while advancing workplace equity.
Our Institute leaders and advisory board have developed uniquely strong relationships with leaders of the OFCCP, EEOC, and other government agencies. We regularly meet with these officials for Agency updates and provide feedback on initiatives, both informally and formally through Opinion Letters and Public Comment on behalf of our members and the contractor community at large.
The Institute’s faculty are employment law experts comprised of nationally recognized EEO attorneys and statisticians. Through advocacy and access, our entire team represents the employer community’s perspective and concerns.
