In this pre-conference session (ahead of the upcoming virtual conference, "Post-2024 Election: What Employers Need to Know") Institute Leadership and Faculty members provide a two-hour overview of the changes under the Trump Administration. President-elect Trump issued several executive orders and rescinded EO11246 and many of the executive orders issued by President Biden. In this timely virtual session, members will hear the latest from the experts regarding the Trump Administration’s plans for Department of Labor, especially OFCCP, EEOC, NLRB, and other enforcement agencies.
