More than six months after the Fair Admissions ruling, the implications for employers are still the subject of debate. Corporate DEI programs continue to face an onslaught of legal challenges, despite strong continued support for diversity as a business priority. This webinar will address the critical Do's and Don’ts that arise in the DEI space and best practice principles. We will discuss how to best align DEI aspirations with the affirmative action obligations of federal contractors, and will look at the intersection of DEI, AA, and EEO policies. This session will address the cultural shift underway, and the implications of both employer action and inaction.
