Announcing the AI TAC Report Release
The Institute for Workplace Equality created the Artificial Intelligence Technical Advisory Committee (AI TAC), consisting of 40 subject matter experts, and tasked them with producing the AI TAC Report.

The AI TAC Report identifies best practices for utilizing AI in employment decisions and provides recommendations for future improvements, with the goal of integrating AI in the employment decision-making process while ensuring EEO and DEI&A.
