Mindi Ryel has more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources. Her experience across the various functions in HR, to include Talent Acquisition, Human Resources Information Systems, HR Analytics, and Affirmative Action/EEO Compliance, contribute to providing strategic guidance to Human Resource Professionals regarding HR Policies, Procedures, and Employment Compliance.


In Mindi’s current role as Affirmative Action Manager at Tyson Foods, Inc. in Springdale, AR, she is responsible for the development of 150+ affirmative action plans, conducting analyses of confidential data and selection processes using advanced Excel technologies and statistical methodology. She also performs detailed audits on hiring and selection processes providing risk mitigation solutions, advises and oversees the company’s good faith efforts, conducts training, and manages OFCCP compliance reviews.


Mindi lives in Springdale, AR with her husband Matthew and two children Noah and Caleb. She enjoys traveling, shopping, and watching her children play competitive soccer.
