I am currently the Managing Director of Equal Opportunity and Compliance for Delta Air Lines, Inc., in Atlanta, Georgia. In my role, I am responsible for the company’s equal employment opportunity and affirmative action, DOT and Non-DOT substance testing, workplace medical and religious accommodations, State and Local Wage & Hour, HR Compliance Assessments, government audits and EO policies, training and other employment compliance related matters. Previous to joining the Delta family, I was Employment Attorney & EEO Director for Northwest Airlines, Inc., in St. Paul, Minnesota and responsible for its equal opportunity and affirmative action programs, internal employee investigations and workplace medical accommodation programs. Prior to this role, I served as Employment Attorney in the legal department for several years. I received my law degree from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, MN and have a combined twenty years of experience in legal and HR compliance roles.
