As Vice President of Employment Compliance for Tyson Foods, Lola’s responsibilities include developing and advancing programs and processes that ensure EEO, Affirmative Action and Immigration policies and practices are effectively in place. Her team is responsible for educating the organization and using available resources to proactively identify and correct risk generating patterns in compliance activity, as well as building and cultivating relationships with internal departments and external regulatory agencies.


An Alabama native, Lola joined the Tyson Team in 1985 and has over 30 years of combined experience in Plant Operations, Field HR, Equal Employment Opportunity and Corporate Human Resources management. Lola formerly served in a County seat on the Planning and Zoning committee in Shelbyville, Tennessee and served on local Boards of Directors for Big Brothers, Big Sisters and United Way.
