Kevin Carpenter

Charles Schwab

Kevin brings more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry focusing on Affirmative Action and equal employment opportunity compliance. He recently joined Charles Schwab as their Senior Manager for the company’s Affirmative Action Program. Prior to joining Schwab, Kevin was at Wells Fargo serving as one of their Affirmative Action Consultants responsible for managing OFCCP audits and consulting with business line leaders and senior executives regarding their responsibilities and obligations. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Redlands and a B.S. in Business Administration from the same institution. He is also a member of the Executive Committee of the National Industry Liaison Group and Chairs the Orange County ILG. He lives in Southern California with his wife Cindy and their two children Ava (13) and Jason (15), and enjoys tennis, hiking, and camping with his family. Kevin is passionate about this work and looks forward to collaborating with the Institute’s Advisory Board.
