Jason Capili is the Employment Practices Compliance Leader for PwC’s US firm. In this role, Jason leads, sets, and drives firmwide compliance, governance, and risk management strategies across PwC’s employment practices. This includes programs that involve the intersection of non-discrimination and equal employment opportunity; diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI); government contracting; human rights and human trafficking; technology accessibility, artificial intelligence, and data privacy; workplace health and safety; supplier diversity and risk management; and personal conflicts of interest. Jason is also an industry speaker on leadership in these areas, known for his holistic, progressive approaches toward employment risk management strategies and solutions.

Previously, Jason held similar roles in the following industries: financial services and investment banking; insurance and asset management; labor and employment management consulting and law firms; deathcare products and services; and, media broadcasting and publishing. Selected previous board and industry leadership roles include Korn Ferry’s Pathfinder, DirectEmployers Association, National Labor Exchange Operations Committee, and the Northeast Region Corporate ILG. Jason’s current board and industry leadership roles fuel his passion of building workplace cultures where inclusion and belonging are intrinsic. He is one of the Global Board of Directors for Lime Connect, a global non-profit organization that rebrands disability through achievement, and he is excited to be an Advisory Board Member for The Institute for Workplace Equality.
