Erica O’Brien is Senior Counsel – Labor & Employment for Cintas Corporation. In her current role, she is responsible for managing all labor and employment matters as well as environmental matters for the company. She also leads a team of Employment Practices Counsel who address the most challenging HR issues across all divisions in the organization.

Prior to joining Cintas, Erica was an attorney at the law firm of Frost Brown Todd, LLC. in Cincinnati, OH. Her private practice concentrated on labor & employment matters as well as general business litigation.

Erica earned her Bachelor degree from Miami University and her Juris Doctor from the Florida State University College of Law. She is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Kentucky Bar Association and the American Bar Association.

Erica is very involved with the YWCA of Greater Cincinnati. She serves on the selection committee for YWCA’s Mamie Earl Sells Scholarship that recognizes young African-American women who have been successful despite having to overcome significant hardships. In addition, Erica was named by the YWCA of Greater Cincinnati as a “Rising Star” in 2012.
