Brittany Fisher has over 25 years of experience in human resources and 15 years in the Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action space. She serves as the Executive Director of Equal Opportunity and Compliance for Providence St. Joseph Health where she and her team partner with senior leadership to lead and influence a workforce of belonging and proactive equal employment opportunity best practices. Brittany’s team works closely with internal and external stakeholders to direct strategy, analyze data, and create training programs that inform and lead employment compliance initiatives. Prior to joining Providence, Brittany led similar work at Daimler Trucks North America for 14 years. She earned her MBA at Willamette University and her BA in Journalism from University of Oregon.
