Beth Timmons is currently Director, HR/EEO Compliance at Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation in East Hanover, NJ. With over 30 years of experience in the fields of Equal Employment Opportunity, Affirmative Action and Diversity, her experience encompasses regulatory compliance, employee relations, work-life solutions, and diversity strategies with corporations in a number of industries including electronics manufacturers (Motorola and Panasonic), financial services (Lehman Brothers and Harris Bank) and pharmaceuticals (Schering-Plough and Novartis). She began her career in the US Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP).



A native of Chicago, Ms. Timmons has a BS in Administration of Justice/Psychology from Southern Illinois University. She is an active member of The Institute for Workplace Equality, Mercer’s Workforce Opportunity Network and the NorthEast Region Corporate Industry Liaison Group, and until recently, served on the Board of Directors of the Urban League of Union County, NJ.
