About Us

Many employers say they need a new management approach to respond effectively to the significant changes in the nature of affirmative action regulatory equality that have occurred over the past thirty years. Compliance requirements during this time have become significantly more complex and technology-based, especially with an enforcement focus on systemic compensation discrimination practices and Internet based recruiting and selection systems. The result is that several different corporate functions must now become expert in implementing complex and highly technical requirements. The Institute for Workplace Equality was formed to meet these ever-changing needs of the federal contractor community.
