Annual Summit

The Institute for Workplace Equality’s Annual Summit will take place May 8-9, 2024, in Washington, D.C. This hybrid event promises to be especially exciting as presenters discuss all the new regulations and developments that are likely to unfold in this election year. 

As has become tradition, the conference will open with a Fireside Chat with OFCCP, giving attendees an opportunity to hear directly from the agency on its latest developments, like the proposed changes to the affirmative action regulations and OFCCP’s perspective on how audits are being handled under the new scheduling letter.

Annual Summit attendees will also hear directly from EEOC on the Commission’s proposed guidance on the use of AI in employment, its final harassment guidance, Pregnant Workers Fairness Act regulations, and new developments around pay data collection.
