Millie Bennett is currently the Workplace Fairness and Compliance Lead for The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, Ms. Bennett has responsibility for U.S. HR policy and compliance, including the Company’s EEO and affirmative action programs and workplace fairness strategies and initiatives. Ms. Bennett was previously Director Employment Practices for Coca-Cola Refreshments and its predecessor company Cola-Cola Enterprises, and prior to that, served as Senior Counsel Labor & Employment and Director Employment Resources for The ServiceMaster Company in Memphis, Tennessee. Ms. Bennett obtained her undergraduate degree from The University of Virginia and her law degree from the University of Georgia, and was an attorney with the law firms of Littler Mendelson and McGuireWoods prior to her in-house roles. Ms. Bennett has a combined twenty years of experience in labor and employment and HR compliance roles.
