Melissa Seppings is currently the Director of EO and Compliance for Delta Air Lines, Inc., in Atlanta, Georgia. In her current role, she is responsible for the company’s equal employment opportunity and affirmative action programs, DOT and Non-DOT substance testing programs, workplace medical and religious accommodation programs, employee termination appeal program, EO policies and training and other employment compliance related matters, including TSA criminal records history checks.
Before joining the Delta family, Ms. Seppings was the Employment Counsel & EEO Director for Northwest Airlines, Inc., in St. Paul, Minnesota and was responsible for its EEO, Affirmative action and workplace medical accommodation programs. Prior to this role, Melissa served as Employment Counsel in the legal department for several years. Melissa received her law degree from the William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, MN. Melissa has a combined twenty-three years of experience in employment law and HR compliance roles.
