With over 20 years of management consulting and corporate experience in human resources, Laura Davis is the Affirmative Action Leader at Wells Fargo. In this role, she is responsible for setting the strategy for Wells Fargo’s affirmative action program, ensuring all businesses across Wells Fargo’s domestic footprint are compliant with OFCCP and EEO regulations, and directing consultation to drive change and progress on Wells Fargo’s diversity objectives. Laura’s team manages the development, delivery and monitoring of over 300 affirmative action plans to executives and leaders throughout the company and leads the process to respond to OFCCP audits.
Laura joined Wells Fargo in 2003 as a senior organizational consultant from a management consulting firm in Houston. Throughout her career, she has consulted on selection & assessment, performance management and OFCCP compliance, and she has managed AA/EEO, talent acquisition and business initiatives teams. She holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Texas A&M University and currently resides in Charlotte, NC.
