In this capacity she managed projects in support of company acquisitions, recruitment and talent management initiatives supporting the diversity strategy and business unit / function reorganizations. Prior to J&J her background includes working as Director of Human Capital for Manpower Group Solutions (formerly T. Williams Consulting) and work as an executive recruiter. Kim is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Psychology.
