Kim Shaw is Global Director, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) at The Coca-Cola Company. Her responsibilities include developing the company’s strategy, policy and governance for all diversity, equity and compliance matters and creating DEI accountability metrics for senior leadership. Kim is also the lead DEI consultant for Coca-Cola’s North America Operating Unit.
Kim has 20+ years of experience as a Human Resources (HR) executive across various functions with a concentration in diversity, equity & inclusion, talent acquisition, talent management and executive recruitment. Her expertise in creating and developing high performing teams spans a wide range of industries including consumer products, information technology, medical device, and professional services.
Prior to joining The Coca-Cola Company, Kim was with Hewlett Packard Enterprise and held various leadership roles in People Operations, HR Compliance & Equity and Talent Acquisition. She partnered with leaders and collaborated across HR to develop new service offerings to promote inclusion and belonging in the workplace and build leadership competencies across the organization. Kim also worked for Johnson & Johnson as the leader of Talent Acquisition for the ETHICON Inc. franchise. She managed projects in support of company acquisitions, recruitment and talent management initiatives supporting the diversity strategy and business unit reorganizations.
She is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Psychology.
