Kimberly Meyers has over 20 years of experience as an employment attorney and is currently Assistant General Counsel, Employment Compliance within the Corporate, External and Legal Affairs (CELA) department at Microsoft. Kimberly manages a compliance team that is responsible for equal employment opportunity, OFCCP compliance, and employee relations investigations. In her role, Kimberly provides strategic advice to business and HR professionals regarding federal contractor compliance, diversity and talent acquisition policies and programs, EEO investigations, and legal and compliance training. Prior to her work at Microsoft, Kimberly worked as a shareholder at Lane Powell and an attorney at Bullivant Houser Bailey. She graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in Political Science and Government from the University of Denver. She earned her J.D. summa cum laude from Seattle University School of Law.
