Jessica Huhn is responsible for compliance with the Office of Federal Contract Equality Programs, including all associated regulations and executive orders, for all U.S. Cintas locations. She is responsible for educating field HR and management on EEO/AA obligations. Also, she consults internally on talent management, compensation, and HR/Hiring systems to integrate equality with business needs. Since joining Cintas in 2003, Jessica has held several roles including Manager of Diversity and Inclusion Strategy, Learning and Development Manager and Instructional Designer/Trainer/Facilitator for Corporate leadership training.
Prior to working with at Cintas, Jessica worked in Recruiting and Retention for Western-Southern Life Insurance Corporate Headquarters in Cincinnati, OH. Jessica received her B.S. in Secondary Education from Miami University in Oxford, OH.
