Required Qualification:
At a minimum, you’ll need: Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience; 5 years’ experience with managing affirmative action plan development and implementation and OFCCP audit management; Experience with Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Outlook with advanced Excel skills; Analytical ability to include performing complex analysis of data, processes, policies, procedures and/or systems. It’d be great if you also have: Bachelor’s or other advanced degree in Human Resources, Business or another similar field; Experience with generating queries from HRIS systems, such as SuccessFactors; Familiarity with Berkshire’s AAP software.
Job Description:
What you’ll do on a typical day: Drive effective recruiting, selection and onboarding compliance with government regulations, partnering with the Talent Acquisition Team; Collaborate with business leaders to understand business unit objectives and drive program designs that are compliant with government regulations and support those objectives; Ensure compliance with all OFCCP and EEOC regulations; deliver training to maintain compliance; Design and implement XPO’s affirmative action compliance plan development and OFCCP audit response; Generate queries from SuccessFactors and process those reports for import into the software that you’ll use to prepare the affirmative action plans, EEO1 reports and Vets reports; Ensure all records are maintained appropriately and that all reports are completed in a timely manner; Be responsible for representing the company in all OFCCP audits.
