The Institute hosted its first Higher Education Compliance Symposium in Washington DC in Spring, 2019. There was great participation and feedback from the Higher Education community.   • OFCCP’s modification to the Functional Affirmative Action Plan program and Higher Education Pilot Program
  • The increase in compliance audits and enforcement directives and their implications for Higher Education
  • In-depth session on the recently released OFCCP’s detailed Higher Education technical assistance guidance

There will also be an end-of-conference reception and networking opportunity. The Institute looks forward to discussing the current trends in higher education compliance.
