Creating an Ability-inclusive Workforce: Section 503 Compliance Insights and Best Practices

 

Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 requires affirmative action and non-discrimination as to all disabilities, including cognitive, developmental, and psychiatric disabilities.  As part of its enforcement responsibilities OFCCP audits contractor compliance with Section 503 requirements, including companies’ good faith efforts to meet the utilization goal.  Join us as we hear from Institute Faculty member and former OFCCP Director Craig Leen, ODEP Senior Policy Advisor Scott Robertson, and the Institutes’ Strategic Advisor and OFCCP practitioner, Laura Mitchell, for best practices and other insights into Section 503 compliance.
